1、A33Plex is a 6-color ,27-locus STR that contains 30 autosomal STR loci, one Gender locus, one Y chromosome STR locus and one Y-chromosome indel locus. Including D8S1132、D6S477、D19S253、D3S3045、D15S659、D10S1435 etc. Anti-Trafficking Locus，also contain SE33、Penta D、Penta E、FGA、D6S1043 etc. highly polymorphic locus.
2、Suitable for Anti-trafficking Database, while it has a strong strong individual recognition ability.
3、Include 12 mini-STR( The length of Amplification within 220bp locus ）, to obtain
more information from the DNA degradation samples.
3、Using FRET as primer ，higher sensitivity ；Internal Positive Control（IPC）is helpful to determine the quality of samples and the success of PCR.
