Summary
High sensitivity, showing good performance in the amplification of 125pg DNA samples; and 1-3 pieces FTA blood cards and/or FTA oral cards of 1.2 mm pore size can amplify normally.
Strong tolerance, can amplify normally in Mix or Primer reaction systems of different concentrations; and showing good performance at 55 - 61°C annealing temperature or 29 - 31 reaction cycles.
Strong resistance to multiple inhibitors, can amplify normally under conditions of 0.1m Mheme, 100μM hemoglobin or 30ng/μL humic acid.
