Prepare the 1X Running Buffer
1.Add 20mL of 3730 Running Buffer (10X) into the measuring cylinder.
2.Add 180mL of deionized water to achieve a total volume of 200mL.
3.Mix it up well and put it aside.
The 1X Running Buffer can be stored at room temperature for up to one week, or at 2×8°C for up to 30 days.
