RT-qPCR Instrument Description

1. Sample preparation: The sample containing the target DNA or RNA is extracted and purified.

3. Reaction setup: The PCR reaction mixture is prepared, which includes the sample DNA or RNA, primers, fluorescent probes, and other necessary components.
